Sociology is such a broad discipline. It can be difficult to outline, even for professional sociologists. The people don’t cast shadows on the cave wall due to the low wall, solely the objects do. The prisoners can only see the shadows on the wall. The sound of these individuals echo off the wall, making the prisoners consider that the sounds they hear come from the wall.
